Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are at the sole discretion of The Divine Voice. They will be reviewed and processed only after direct, one-to-one email communication with the shopper or customer who placed the order on the website.
Please note that offers, discounts, bundles, special rates, shipping timelines, and products displayed on The Divine Voice website are strictly applicable to orders placed and paid for online. They do not apply to any physical distribution centers or affiliate retail outlets.
You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing it. Your entire order amount will be refunded. An order cannot be cancelled once the items have been delivered to you.

Once you request a cancellation, it takes a maximum of 1–2 business days to cancel the order and 3–4 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the updates via email. If the items have already left our facility, your refund will be processed shortly after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
All refunds require a direct email confirmation from our support team. Regardless of whether the payment was made within India or internationally (via CCAvenue, PayPal, or other payment gateways), all refunds will be disbursed strictly via bank deposit to a Nationalised Bank Account.
Cancellation & Refund against an already delivered product: If you return a product after delivery for any reason, you will only receive a refund for the product value. Original shipping charges and payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund after dispatch but before delivery: If you cancel after the package has left our facility, you will receive a refund only for the product value. Shipping and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund before dispatch: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund including the product value, shipping charges, and payment gateway fees.
